What is your shipping policy?
All orders are processed within 2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping is free on all orders to Canada and the USA.
What is your return policy?
For the FatherEffects ebook, there is no return policy. We only accept returns if our physical products (i.e. mug, t-shirt, or canvas) arrive damaged, but we need to be notified within 48 hours after you recieve your package in order to make a claim and be fully refunded. To start a return, you can contact us at sharijonaslifefx@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at sharijonaslifefx@gmail.com.
